This website is operated by MIRAGE. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “MIRAGE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MIRAGE.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website or place an order.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the legal age required to make a purchase, you may use the website and place an order only with the involvement and approval of a parent or legal guardian.

2. ACCOUNT AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

When placing an order or creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, telephone number, delivery address, and payment details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. Please contact us immediately if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

MIRAGE is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, packaging, colours, sizes, fragrance notes, and descriptions as accurately as possible.

The actual appearance or colour of a product may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions, or minor production and packaging variations.

All product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are subject to correction or update when necessary. Product availability is not guaranteed until the order has been accepted and confirmed.

Products must be used in accordance with the instructions and warnings shown on the product or its packaging. Customers should discontinue use and seek appropriate advice if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the website are in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD), unless otherwise stated.

The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charge, discount, or other charge, will be displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you to correct the order before it is processed. If payment has already been collected and the order is cancelled because of such an error, the amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method.

5. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. An order is considered accepted when it has been confirmed and approved for processing.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• The product is unavailable.
• The payment cannot be authorized.
• The customer information is incomplete or incorrect.
• There is an obvious pricing or technical error.
• The order is reasonably suspected to involve fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse of the website.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid through the original payment method.

If you wish to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered the preparation or delivery process.

6. DELIVERY

MIRAGE currently delivers only within the State of Kuwait.

Orders are generally delivered within 24 hours after order confirmation. Delivery may take longer due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including incorrect customer information, difficulty contacting the customer, severe weather, public holidays, emergencies, or delivery service disruptions.

If a material delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer using the contact information provided with the order.

Delivery is free for orders with a total value exceeding KWD 40 after discounts. For other orders, the applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

For orders delivered within Kuwait, unopened and unused products may be requested for return or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product remains in its original condition and packaging.

A fragrance product that has been opened only for the purpose of testing the scent may be requested for return or exchange within one day, meaning 24 hours, from the time of delivery.

All returns and exchanges require prior approval from MIRAGE. Customers must contact us before returning or handing a product to a delivery representative.

For an approved return, a return service fee equal to 50% of the delivery fee originally paid when completing the order will be deducted from the refund.

The return service fee will not apply if the customer received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, subject to reasonable verification.

Shipping fees already paid are not refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

Products that are damaged, heavily used, altered, or returned without their original packaging may be refused unless the damage or defect existed when the product was delivered.

MIRAGE currently does not deliver outside Kuwait. If international delivery becomes available in the future, orders delivered outside the State of Kuwait will not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights granted under the laws of the State of Kuwait.

8. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated terms, validity periods, and availability.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Only one discount code may be used per order.
• Discount codes cannot be combined with another offer.
• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• A discount cannot be added after an order has been completed.
• MIRAGE may cancel a promotion affected by fraud, misuse, or a technical error.

Promotions do not affect the customer’s mandatory rights under applicable law.

9. WEBSITE ACCURACY

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on the website is accurate and current. However, occasional typographical, pricing, product, availability, or technical errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors and update information when necessary. Any correction affecting a confirmed customer order will be communicated to the customer where required.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE

MIRAGE’s responsibility for a product or order remains subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the specific facts of the claim.

16. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the website if a user materially violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity, threatens the security of the website, or misuses our services.

Termination of website access does not remove obligations or rights that arose before termination.

17. SEVERABILITY

These Terms of Service and any separate agreement relating to our products or services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Kuwait, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to our products, services, operations, or legal obligations.

The latest version will always be published on this page together with the updated date. Changes will apply from the date of publication and will not unfairly affect orders completed before the change.
